Who we are
Flappy Push is published by moqa studio (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the Flappy Push iOS app and this website handle information. Questions are welcome at hello@moqa.studio.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect personal data, usage data, device identifiers, location, contacts or anything else. The app has no sign-up, no login and no user profiles. It makes no network requests and contains no third-party software development kits (no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting).
Our App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
The camera
Flappy Push needs the camera because your body is the controller. When you play:
- Camera frames are analysed on your iPhone with Apple’s on-device Vision framework to find the position of your head and shoulders.
- Frames are processed in memory. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Nothing is recorded until a round starts, and the camera turns off when you leave the game.
You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera. The game cannot run without it.
Replay videos
While you play, the app records a replay of your round (the camera view with the game drawn on top) so you can watch it and, if you want, share it.
- The replay is written to a temporary folder on your iPhone that belongs to the app.
- It is deleted automatically the moment you start a new round. iOS may also clear it earlier.
- It leaves your device only if you tap “Save video” or share it, and only to the app or destination you choose.
- Deleting Flappy Push deletes any replay that was still on the device.
Your best score
Your best score is stored in the app’s local settings on your iPhone. It is not synced, uploaded or backed up by us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Sharing and saving
When you share a replay, iOS hands the video and a short challenge text to the app you pick (for example Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok). From that point the privacy policy of that app applies. Saving to Photos uses the “add only” photo permission, which lets Flappy Push add a video to your library but never read your existing photos.

Children
Flappy Push is a general-audience fitness game and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information from anyone, including children, is ever received by us.
Third parties and Apple
We use no third-party services inside the app. Apple may collect crash and diagnostics information according to the analytics settings on your iPhone and Apple’s own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from Apple.
Your rights
Under laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK) and the CCPA (California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete: everything the app stores lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app. If you believe we hold data about you, email hello@moqa.studio and we will respond.
This website
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. It is hosted by Vercel, whose servers may keep standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations, as described in Vercel’s privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
