Push-up trainer · iPhone game
Every push-up makes the bird fly.
Flappy Push turns your iPhone camera into a game. Prop your phone on the floor, drop into push-up position and fly through the pipes one rep at a time. Crash, watch the replay, and challenge a friend to beat you.

A workout app should not need your data. This one does not take any.
Everything runs on your iPhone
Body tracking, the game and the replay are all computed on-device with Apple frameworks. The app has no servers and never uploads video.
No account, no sign-in
Open the app and play. There is nothing to create, confirm or remember.
No ads, no tracking
No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no third-party code. App Store privacy label: data not collected.
You control the replay
Your replay is shared or saved only when you tap the button. Play again and the previous one is deleted.
How it works
Three steps from the floor to your first score.
Set your phone down
Prop your iPhone on the floor against a wall or a bottle, screen facing you, about one meter away.
One push-up to calibrate
Get into push-up position so your head is clearly in the frame. Do one slow push-up so the app learns your range. In a hurry? Skip it.
Fly through the pipes
The height of your head is the only thing that moves the bird. Gaps alternate high and low, so every pipe needs a full push-up.
A look at the game
Your camera is the game canvas. The bird follows you.

Fun on the surface, honest underneath.
Camera as the canvas
The live camera is the background of the game. You see yourself and the bird at the same time.
Real-time body tracking
Apple Vision tracks your head and shoulders on-device, with smoothing so the bird flies steady.
Full range or no pipe
Gaps alternate high and low. Half reps do not score. Difficulty ramps as you go.
Instant replay
Your round is recorded with the game overlay burned in, plus the sounds at the exact moment they happened.
Share and challenge
One tap to Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Photos, with a ready-made challenge text.
Small details
Best score, haptics, a 3-2-1-GO countdown, auto-pause when you leave the frame, sounds that mix with your music.
Your camera stays yours
Flappy Push needs the camera because your body is the controller. Here is exactly what happens with it, in plain words.
- Camera frames are analysed in memory on your iPhone and never uploaded anywhere.
- The replay video is written to a temporary folder on your phone. It is deleted the moment you play again.
- Saving to Photos or sharing happens only when you tap the button, and only to the app you choose.
- Your best score is stored in the app settings on your device. Delete the app and it is gone.
- The app makes no network connections at all. No analytics, no ads, no crash reporting.
Questions, answered
Does Flappy Push upload my video anywhere?
No. Everything is processed on your iPhone. The app has no servers and never connects to the internet. The replay only leaves your phone if you share or save it yourself.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no subscription. Download, open, play.
Which iPhone do I need?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Body tracking runs entirely on the device, and newer iPhones track more smoothly.
Why does the app need the camera?
The camera is how the game sees your push-ups. Your head height in the frame is what moves the bird. Without the camera there is no game.
How should I position my phone?
Put it on the floor, screen facing you, roughly one meter in front of you, with your head clearly in the frame. Good light helps.
Is it free?
Yes. Flappy Push is free with no in-app purchases and no ads.
Ready to fly?
Grab your iPhone, find a bit of floor, and see how many pipes you can pass.
